The webinar will address unique aspects of Florida law, which will include Florida’s Homestead Exemption, Florida elective share law, Florida’s LLC and partnership laws, Florida’s creditor protection exemptions, and other nuances of Florida law that can apply to snowbird clients and Florida residents alike. Attendees will be treated to a broad discussion of the many planning opportunities present under Florida law, as well as a discussion of the numerous tricks and traps for the unwary that need to be understood in order to be avoided.
